Again this year PrepsKC is partnering with Price Chopper to highlight some of the outstanding students who are working at your local Price Chopper.
These students are balancing school, work and extracurricular activities every day. PrepsKC and Price Chopper will recognize two each week during the regular season.
The first Price Chopper Student Athlete of the week is Alana Bollinger who runs cross country at Paola. She also a part of forensics and 4-H. She said she likes working at her local Price Chopper because: I enjoy the people that work her, as well as the flexibility with my schedule that Price Chopper allows me.”
Evans’ manager Cathy Taylor had this to say about her:
“Alana is a fantastic worker and has a bright future ahead of her.”
